About John Lowry Spartan Capital
John Lowry started Spartan Capital Securities, LLC and is the company's CEO. Lowry started Spartan Capital Securities, LLC. in 2007. There were IPOs, up lists, follow-on offerings, registered direct offerings, CMPOs, at-the-market offerings, PIPEs, traditional private placements (including pre-IPO and pre-up list bridge offerings), debt offerings, IPOs of SPACs, equity line transactions, and cross-border securities offerings. He also helped with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), reversed mergers, and advised public and private companies.
Mr. John Lowry was very interested in helping others, so he and his wife, Cynthia, started the Little John Foundation. They did this because they believed that all children should be helped through medical, emotional, or financial crises.
Through the Little John Foundation, they try to work with charities that share these values, like St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, The New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NYSPCC), and Save a Child's Heart (SACH), as well as charities that Mr. Lowry actively supports, like the American Heart Association, Wounded Warrior Project, and American Cancer Society.
